A Webflow agency is a provider that designs, builds and maintains websites on the Webflow platform, from design through to the CMS and search visibility. In France there are dozens of them, and they all look alike on their home page. This comparison keeps seven and separates them on what can be checked: the certification displayed, the real speciality, the type of client served and the entry budget.

One caveat before you read. This ranking is published on Synqro's own site, and Synqro appears in first position. You should factor that in, as you should with every ranking of this kind, nearly all of which are published by agencies that place themselves in them. We did two things to keep the article useful anyway: every entry contains only information that is publicly verifiable on that agency's own site, with screenshots to back it up, and the last section gives you the questions to ask so you can form your own view, including about us.

How this comparison was built

Four criteria, all of which you can check yourself in a few minutes.

The Webflow certification displayed. Webflow maintains an official partner directory. It is the only place where a badge shown on an agency site can be confirmed. We cover what these statuses actually mean in our article on Webflow agency certifications in France.

The real speciality. A branding studio that delivers Webflow is not doing the same job as a growth agency optimising landing pages. Both are legitimate, they answer different needs.

The type of client served. An agency used to SaaS startups does not work the way an agency used to luxury hospitality or industry does. It is the most predictive criterion and the least examined.

What happens after delivery. Who updates the site afterwards, you or the agency? An agency that trains your team and one that keeps the keys will not cost you the same over three years.

We did not rank on revenue, headcount or self-declared ratings, none of which are comparable from one agency to the next.

The seven entries

1. Synqro

Synqro is a Webflow Premium Partner Webflow agency, and a Webflow agency in Paris. Founded in 2019, it has worked with more than 150 companies and shows a rating of 4.9 out of 5 across 41 reviews, available on our client reviews page.

Synqro's home page leads on B2B growth rather than on design alone.

What sets the positioning apart. Webflow development and search visibility are held by the same team, rather than bought as two separate engagements. The consequence is concrete: decisions about structure, internal linking and performance are taken at design time, not six months after launch, when fixing them costs a rebuild. That is why the site is treated as an acquisition asset rather than a brochure to hand over.

The targets. B2B in acquisition mode, from the early-stage SaaS vendor to the large account: startups, scale-ups, agencies, mid-market companies and large accounts. The sectors served are deliberately varied, SaaS, luxury hospitality, industry, fintech, e-commerce, which avoids the blind spot of a single-sector agency reproducing the same site from one client to the next.

What that produces. For Qobra, a SaaS vendor, work on landing pages and interactive tools produced three times more leads and sixteen times more organic traffic, detailed in the Qobra case study. For Les Fermes de Marie, a luxury hotel group in Megève, an SEO audit led to more than fifty technical fixes. Neoptim, a fintech, migrated to Webflow without losing its rankings and with a faster site at the end of it. CADvision, in 3D printing, moved onto transactional queries in a highly competitive market.

And after delivery. Elevo and KIS received Webflow development followed by training for their teams, who have run their sites independently since. That is criterion number four in this comparison, and it is the one that decides the real cost over three years.

Consider it if your site has to produce qualified traffic and not just look the part, if you want a single point of contact across design, development and search, and if your team needs to publish without calling the agency for every change.

2. Gemeos

Gemeos presents itself as the Design and Tech agency serving growth, founded in 2021 by twin brothers, hence the name. The setup is fully remote and the base is Dubai, which does not stop it serving a largely French-speaking client base.

Gemeos commits to an illustrated register, consistent with its B2B startup and scale-up audience.

The scope covers four areas: design and branding, Webflow and headless CMS integration, SEO and GEO, then CRO and growth. The target is clear, B2B startups and scale-ups in growth phase, concentrated on SaaS, fintech and professional services. The agency claims more than 240 companies served and a rating of 4.9 out of 5 across 97 reviews. Their own agency selection is available in their comparison of Webflow agencies in France.

Consider it if you are a B2B startup in growth mode and acquisition work matters as much as the site itself.

3. Noqode

Noqode states its case in the headline: make the site a growth lever, not a brochure. The agency shows Webflow Certified Partner status and a 5.0 Google review rating from the first screen.

Noqode puts its certification and client rating above its own headline, a rare choice in this market.

The scope runs from business framing to design system, then Webflow development and optimisation for generative engines. The stated targets are specific: consulting firms, specialist law firms, SaaS, tech startups and premium brands. The stated project budget sits between 10,000 and 30,000 euros.

Consider it if you operate in professional services where visual credibility and visibility inside AI answers matter equally.

4. Rainboow

Rainboow concentrates on landing pages and conversion, for SaaS, AI and Web3 clients. The agency highlights a Client-First certification, the class naming convention for Webflow, which is a very concrete point for a site's maintainability, along with a Sortlist rating of 4.92 and more than 50 companies served.

Rainboow displays its Client-First certification and the brands claimed on its home page.

It is the narrowest positioning on this list, and that is a quality: an agency that does one thing usually does it better.

Consider it if your immediate need is a high-performing conversion page rather than a full site.

5. Studio Elias

Studio Elias defines itself first as a branding studio, Webflow partner second. The word order states the job: brand strategy, naming, brand platform and visual identity come before the site, which is their application. The studio is based in the 9th arrondissement of Paris.

Studio Elias states the order of its craft in the first line: branding studio, Webflow partner.

Consider it if your problem is a brand problem first and the site is only the consequence of it.

6. Mekaa

Mekaa positions itself as a next-generation Webflow partner, GEO-optimised, and displays a Webflow Premium Partner badge on its home page. The agency's pitch fits in one line taken from its own site: GEO is the new SEO.

Mekaa puts GEO at the centre of its promise, right down to its home page headline.

The offer covers Webflow development, design, SEO and GEO strategy, and maintenance, with an audit as the entry point.

Consider it if appearing in generative engine answers is your stated priority, and you accept building the site around that objective.

7. Nocode Factory

Nocode Factory is the only one on this list that is not primarily a Webflow agency. It presents itself as a no-code and low-code agency in the broad sense, with web and mobile application development, process automation and AI agents alongside websites. More than 350 projects claimed, and three physical offices, in Paris, Lyon and Marseille.

Consider it if your project extends beyond the site, for example a client portal, an internal tool or a business process to wire up behind it.

What a partner badge actually means

A badge shown on an agency site only counts if it can be confirmed in Webflow's official directory. That check takes a minute, and it eliminates part of the field.

That said, partner status attests to practice on the platform, not to competence in search, in conversion or in your sector. A certified partner can very well deliver a beautiful site that earns nothing. The badge is an entry filter, not a selection criterion.

What budget to plan for

Public figures are rare and agencies communicate little. Noqode states 10,000 to 30,000 euros per project, which matches what we see for a design-led brochure site with a structured CMS. Below that floor you are buying an adapted template rather than a site designed for you, which may be perfectly sufficient depending on your stage.

The line quotes leave out is the same from one agency to the next: what happens after launch. Always ask what is included in training, fixes and changes over the first six months. Our own figures are in our article on Webflow website pricing.

Five questions to ask before signing

  1. Who will actually work on my project, and will it be the same person from first day to last? The answer separates agencies from intermediaries.
  2. Can I see two sites delivered more than a year ago, and how have they evolved since? A recent site tells you nothing about maintainability.
  3. How are classes named in the Designer? A clear convention, Client First for instance, determines your ability to take over later.
  4. What happens if we part ways in a year? Who owns the Webflow project, the access and the design files?
  5. Is search work included, subcontracted, or out of scope? All three answers exist and they do not carry the same price.

Our full criteria are set out in our guide to choosing a Webflow agency. If search is your main subject, our Webflow SEO agency practice handles that separately from development. And if you want to talk it through with no commitment, let's discuss your project.

Frequently asked questions

How do I check that an agency really is a Webflow partner?

By looking the agency up in the official partner directory published by Webflow. A badge shown on a site is not proof in itself, the directory is. The check takes a minute.

Should I choose an agency specialised in my sector?

It is a real advantage but it is not the first criterion. An agency that knows your market saves time on framing. An agency that masters conversion and search earns you more over time. If you have to choose, take the second.

What is the difference between a Webflow agency and a Webflow freelancer?

Scope and continuity. A freelancer often covers one skill, design or development, and availability varies. An agency assembles several disciplines and stays reachable after delivery. On a simple site, the freelancer is often the better value.

How much does a site built by a Webflow agency cost?

The few public ranges put a professional project between 10,000 and 30,000 euros, which matches a design-led brochure site with a structured CMS. Below that, you are generally buying an adapted template.

Are these agency rankings reliable?

They are nearly all published by agencies that place themselves in them, this one included, and many are the result of exchanges between publishers. Read them to discover names, not to decide. The decision is made by calling two or three agencies and asking the five questions above.

Can a Webflow agency take over an existing site?

Yes, and it is common. The thing to check is the state of the project handed over: an incoherent class structure can cost more to take on than to rebuild. Ask for an audit before committing to any takeover package.

Do I need to be in Paris to work with a good Webflow agency?

No. Several agencies on this list work entirely remotely, one of them based outside France. Geographic proximity mainly matters if your organisation needs in-person workshops during framing.

How long does building a Webflow site take?

The deciding factor is not production but approvals and content delivery. A project whose copy and visuals are ready moves far faster than one where the agency is waiting for material. Frame that point in the schedule, it is responsible for most delays.
