Job description
We are looking for a Art director Capable of Take the lead on all of the creation of the agency.
You will be the creative referent : guarantor of artistic vision, visual coherence and the level of requirement on all projects.
Responsibilities
- Define and wear the global artistic direction customer projects (branding, UI/UX).
- Translate the business and marketing challenges in clear and differentiating creative concepts.
- Design or supervise:
- visual identities,
- UI/UX of Webflow sites,
- graphic systems, design systems and guidelines.
- To be guarantor of visual quality and the level of finish (details, coherence, micro-interactions).
- Collaborate closely with the strategy, SEO and development to ensure successful experiences.
- Challenge, manage and raise the level of designers (interns or freelancers).
- Participate in key phases: workshops, concepts, customer validations.
- Make each project a Agency window.
Profile
- 4—7+ years of experience in art direction/digital design.
- Strong culture web, branding and product (B2B appreciated).
- Excellent mastery of Figma (auto-layout and prototyping).
- Strong sense of detail, rhythm, visual hierarchy.
- Capacity to make decisions, to decide and to assume a vision.
- Comfortable defending a management team with demanding customers.
- Sensitivity to the challenges of performance, conversion and SEO (without being an expert).
