How Synqro made KIS memorable: premium webflow, custom animations and complete autonomy

Chez Synqro, we help innovative SaaS platforms launch Webflow sites that stand out from the crowd: fun, professional, high-performance and 100% autonomous for internal teams — transforming the visit into a memorable experience and business opportunities.

For KIS, a SaaS platform dedicated to non-profit organizations (associations, foundations), the challenge was daring: to create a site that breaks with the conventional of the institutional sector, while remaining credible and accessible. In partnership with Bruno (brand redesign and artistic direction), it was necessary to integrate tailor-made animations without sacrificing the performance or autonomy of the Kis teams.

We deployed our signature method in three phases for a perfect balance between creativity and technique:

  • Clarify : Precise assessment of the teams' level of Webflow control to offer an adapted back office, intelligent components and a scalable structure that facilitates daily management.
  • Create : Development of a fluid Webflow site with tailor-made (personalized) animations, optimal user experience on all devices, and integration of external tools without impact on Core Web Vitals — resulting in a Google Lighthouse score of 97/100.
  • Activate : In-depth training for Kis teams on Webflow so that they can independently create new landing pages, CMS resources and updates — guaranteeing total scalability without external dependency.

Concrete results : +20 templates and reusable components to scale quickly, exceptional performance score (97 Lighthouse), and a site that combines fun, professionalism and memorability — potentially doubling the effectiveness of requests or interactions (as indicated in the project metrics).

This project illustrates our strength in Webflow creative development for B2B/B2N SaaS: premium animations without compromising on speed, scalable system design, and skills transfer for real autonomy. Are you developing a SaaS platform for an institutional or associative sector and want a site that makes an impression while converting? Contact Synqro for a Webflow creation that combines audacity, performance and sustainable growth.
