Job description
We are looking for a Project manager to manage all the agency's customer support.
You will be the central contact point between customers and the team, guaranteeing smooth running, deadlines and the quality of the deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer projects: planning, prioritization, team coordination.
- Be the main contact person for customers (follow-up, exchanges, validations).
- Organize and manage key times: kick-offs, progress points, deliveries.
- Translating customer needs into clear tasks for internal teams.
- Monitor progress, anticipate risks and remove bottlenecks.
- Guarantee the final quality of deliverables (design, Webflow integration, SEO).
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, scope and commitments.
- Work closely with strategy, creative direction and SEO.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes.
Profile wanted
- 3—5+ years of experience in digital project management (agency or similar environment).
- Good culture web/design/SEO (Webflow is a big plus).
- Comfortable with project management tools (Notion, ClickUp, Asana, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage several projects in parallel without losing quality.
- At ease with demanding B2B customers.
- Autonomy, rigor, sense of priorities.
