Job description
As a Webflow developer, your main mission will be to integrate the Figma models of the design team on Webflow.
This position requires complete control of Webflow in order to make the right technical decisions and to guarantee our customers a high level of autonomy and performance on their site.
Important: This position is not for a web designer or a creative developer. We are looking for a Webflow developer with a background in Web development (HTML/CSS/JS) capable of managing demanding projects: complex marketing sites, structured around dynamic CMS and reusable components, designed to last and evolve.
Responsibilities
- Integrate Figma models with a high level of precision.
- Design clean and scalable structures (CMS, components, classes).
- Develop advanced interactions (Webflow Interactions, GSAP).
- Implement custom front-end logics (HTML, CSS, JS).
- Guarantee the performance, accessibility and responsive.
- Implement architectures designed for SEO (structure, tags, performance).
- Collaborate closely with art direction, strategy and SEO.
- Render sites autonomous on the client side (modular logic, documentation if required).
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the agency's technical standards.
Profile wanted
- 4+ years of experience in front-end development/web integration.
- Advanced mastery of Webflow (Webflow Expert/Partner certification required).
- Mastery of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Attention to detail.
- Technical SEO knowledge appreciated (Core Web Vitals, semantic structure).
- A background Full Stack is a real plus.
